Notes: Called the previous afternoon, spoke to ricardo, tried to talk him through the return over the phone. Had trouble processing the return by the end of it. Called back this morning to see if I could wrap it up this morning and the guy at receiving was upset that we had done that. I didn't know I had done something wrong so I apologized. He insisted I come to the store to complete this return Monday through saturday before 11am.

Notes: (1/11) Spoke with Rick yesterday. He said he’d check on them, and that I should call back tomorrow (1/12). Called back, he couldn’t locate them, and referred me to Krystal who was in today. I was eventually connected to her. She noted they were indeed put out today, near office supplies.

Notes: I called on the 9th, and couldn't track Crystal down by phone. Called multiple times (2 in am, 1 after lunch) on the 11th. No dice. I will try again tomorrow. I also inquired about speaking with Jonathan, who was mentioned in the last touch, but couldn't not connect to him either. Lots of phone ringing, with no one picking up.

Notes: Arrived to find that the calendars were in the toy aisle, sharing a power panel with some Houston Astros mugs. Spoke to Val. She agreed to put calendars on rack with other calendars on aisle 14 close to check out. I asked if it was OK for the calendars to stay at the original spot. She said that she will eventually move it later this week, but it is OK for them to be there for now.
